Kafatas\u0131 beyni d\u0131\u015f travmalardan korur ve i\u015flevi i\u00e7in en uygun ortam\u0131 sa\u011flar. Kafatas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemli bir \u00f6zelli\u011fi de sabit hacme sahip olmas\u0131d\u0131r. Beynin bir di\u011fer \u00f6nemli \u00f6zelli\u011fi de s\u0131k\u0131 bir \u015fekilde d\u00fczenlenen kafa i\u00e7i bas\u0131nc\u0131d\u0131r. Beyin omurilik s\u0131v\u0131s\u0131 salg\u0131lanmas\u0131 ve emilimi, beyindeki normal bas\u0131nc\u0131n korunmas\u0131ndan sorumlu ana mekanizmad\u0131r. Normal kafa i\u00e7i bas\u0131nc\u0131ndan herhangi bir sapma a\u011fr\u0131ya ve ciddi fonksiyonel bozukluklara neden olur.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u00fcy\u00fcyen bir t\u00fcm\u00f6r, kafatas\u0131 bo\u015flu\u011fundaki di\u011fer bile\u015fenlerin hacmini kaybetme pahas\u0131na olmak zorundad\u0131r. Bu nedenle beyin dokusu, beyin omurilik s\u0131v\u0131s\u0131 ve beyin dola\u015f\u0131m\u0131ndaki kan, yer kaplayan t\u00fcm\u00f6re ekstra yer a\u00e7mak i\u00e7in geri \u00e7ekilmek zorundad\u0131r. Bu mekanizma kompansasyon olarak adland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r ve bu a\u015famada kafa i\u00e7i bas\u0131nc\u0131 y\u00fckselmez. Telafi a\u015famas\u0131 t\u00fcm\u00f6r\u00fcn b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne ve b\u00fcy\u00fcme h\u0131z\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak olduk\u00e7a uzun s\u00fcrebilir. Yava\u015f b\u00fcy\u00fcyen t\u00fcm\u00f6rler beynin uyum sa\u011flamas\u0131na izin verirken, h\u0131zla ilerleyen t\u00fcm\u00f6rler telafi edici mekanizmalar\u0131n \u00fcstesinden olduk\u00e7a h\u0131zl\u0131 gelme e\u011filimindedir. Telafi mekanizmalar\u0131 t\u00fckendi\u011finde, kafa i\u00e7i bas\u0131nc\u0131 h\u0131zla y\u00fckselir ve hayati beyin fonksiyonlar\u0131nda ya\u015fam\u0131 tehdit eden bozulmalara yol a\u00e7ar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beynin bir ba\u015fka \u00f6zel y\u00f6n\u00fc de a\u011fr\u0131 resept\u00f6rlerinin eksikli\u011fidir. Bu nedenle geni\u015fleyen t\u00fcm\u00f6r\u00fcn beyne bas\u0131 yapmas\u0131 herhangi bir a\u011fr\u0131ya neden olmaz. \u00d6te yandan, dura mater (beynin ana \u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fc) \u00e7ok say\u0131da a\u011fr\u0131 resept\u00f6r\u00fcne sahiptir. Beyin t\u00fcm\u00f6r\u00fcne ba\u011fl\u0131 ba\u015f a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 beynin kendisinden de\u011fil duradan kaynaklan\u0131r. T\u00fcm\u00f6rle ili\u015fkili a\u011fr\u0131 olu\u015fumundan sorumlu iki mekanizma vard\u0131r. A\u011fr\u0131 ya y\u00fcksek kafa i\u00e7i bas\u0131nc\u0131n\u0131n duray\u0131 s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131 ve germesi ya da duran\u0131n t\u00fcm\u00f6r taraf\u0131ndan do\u011frudan invazyonu nedeniyle olu\u015fur.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-kac-cesit-beyin-tumoru-vardir\">Ka\u00e7 \u00e7e\u015fit beyin t\u00fcm\u00f6r\u00fc vard\u0131r?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O kadar \u00e7ok beyin t\u00fcm\u00f6r\u00fc t\u00fcr\u00fc vard\u0131r ki, hepsini tan\u0131mlayacak tek bir \u00f6zelli\u011fe sahip olmak neredeyse imkans\u0131zd\u0131r. Pratik a\u00e7\u0131dan bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, beyin t\u00fcm\u00f6rlerini k\u00f6ken, tip, yerle\u015fim ve malignite derecesine g\u00f6re s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131rmak uygundur.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-koken\">K\u00f6ken<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-birincil\">Birincil<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Primer t\u00fcm\u00f6rler beyin dokusundan kaynaklan\u0131r. Beyin dokusu ya da daha a\u00e7\u0131k bir ifadeyle n\u00f6ral doku \u00e7e\u015fitli h\u00fccre pop\u00fclasyonlar\u0131ndan olu\u015fur. Sinir sistemindeki ana h\u00fccre n\u00f6rondur. N\u00f6ron o kadar \u00f6zelle\u015fmi\u015ftir ki b\u00f6l\u00fcnme ve \u00e7o\u011falma yetene\u011fini kaybetmi\u015ftir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla beyin t\u00fcm\u00f6rleri n\u00f6ronlardan kaynaklanmaz. Ancak astrositler, oligodendrogliositler, ependimal h\u00fccreler gibi destek h\u00fccreleri b\u00f6l\u00fcnme potansiyeline sahiptir ve bu nedenle beyin t\u00fcm\u00f6rlerine neden olabilir. Bu h\u00fccreler topluca gial h\u00fccreler olarak adland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r ve bunlardan kaynaklanan t\u00fcm\u00f6rler glioma olarak tan\u0131mlan\u0131r. Glioma, astrositom, oligodendrogliom, ependimom ve di\u011ferleri gibi bir\u00e7ok t\u00fcm\u00f6r tipini i\u00e7eren kolektif bir terimdir. Gliomlar beynin i\u00e7inde ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar ve b\u00fcy\u00fcr. Bir\u00e7ok durumda beyin t\u00fcm\u00f6rleri beynin kendisinden de\u011fil, beyni \u00e7evreleyen ve destekleyen dokulardan kaynaklanabilir. Meningioma bu t\u00fcr t\u00fcm\u00f6rlere \u00e7ok iyi bir \u00f6rnektir. Araknoid kapak h\u00fccrelerinden geli\u015fiyor. Menenjiyomlar\u0131n \u00e7o\u011fu beynin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda dura materde geli\u015fir ve beyne d\u0131\u015far\u0131dan bas\u0131 yapar. Bununla birlikte, birincil beyin t\u00fcm\u00f6rleri olarak kabul edilirler.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-metastatik\">Metastatik<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Metastatik t\u00fcm\u00f6rler beyne ba\u015fka yerlerden yay\u0131l\u0131r. Kanser, d\u00fcnya \u00e7ap\u0131nda en \u00f6nemli sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunlar\u0131ndan biridir. Ya\u015flanan n\u00fcfusla birlikte kanser g\u00f6r\u00fclme s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 da artmaktad\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca modern tedavi se\u00e7enekleri kanser hastalar\u0131n\u0131n daha uzun ya\u015famas\u0131na olanak sa\u011flamaktad\u0131r. Ancak, s\u0131kl\u0131kla yeni tedaviler kanseri iyile\u015ftirmekten ziyade ilerlemesini yava\u015flatmaktad\u0131r. Toplumdaki kanserli insan say\u0131s\u0131 ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz olarak art\u0131yor. Beyin, kanser metastaz\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7ok iyi bir ortam sa\u011flar. Beyne giden kan ak\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ok y\u00fcksek olmas\u0131, beyni metastaz\u0131n en s\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc yerlerden biri haline getirmektedir. Beyne yay\u0131lan yayg\u0131n t\u00fcm\u00f6rler akci\u011fer kanseri, meme kanseri, melanom (cilt kanseri t\u00fcr\u00fc), testis kanseri ve di\u011ferleridir.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-konum\">Konum<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-inta-aksiyel\">\u0130nta-aksiyel  <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130nta-aksiyel t\u00fcm\u00f6rler beynin i\u00e7inde yer al\u0131r. Beyin dokusundan kaynaklanan t\u00fcm\u00f6rlerin \u00e7o\u011fu intraaksiyel t\u00fcm\u00f6rlerdir. Gliomlar bu t\u00fcr t\u00fcm\u00f6rlerin tipik \u00f6rnekleridir. Bu t\u00fcm\u00f6rler beyin dokusu ile belirgin s\u0131n\u0131rlara sahip olabilir veya olmayabilir.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ekstra-eksenel\">Ekstra eksenel  <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Ekstra-aksiyel t\u00fcm\u00f6rler beynin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda yer al\u0131r. Meningiomlar bu t\u00fcr t\u00fcm\u00f6rlerin tipik \u00f6rnekleridir. Genellikle (ancak her zaman de\u011fil) bu t\u00fcm\u00f6rler beyinden iyi ayr\u0131l\u0131r ve cerrahi olarak \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmalar\u0131 nispeten kolayd\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-supratentoryal\">Supratentoryal<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Supratentoryal t\u00fcm\u00f6rler tentoryum serebri \u00fczerinde yer al\u0131r. Bu t\u00fcm\u00f6rler ayr\u0131ca frontal, temporal, parietal, oksipital, insular, talamik, ventrik\u00fcler vb. gibi spesifik k\u00f6ken alanlar\u0131na ayr\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-infratentoryal\">\u0130nfratentoryal<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130nfratentoryal t\u00fcm\u00f6rler tentoryumun alt\u0131nda yer al\u0131r: genellikle serebellum, beyin sap\u0131 ve d\u00f6rd\u00fcnc\u00fc ventrik\u00fcl i\u00e7inde\/etraf\u0131nda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-kafatasi-tabani\">Kafatas\u0131 taban\u0131<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Kafa taban\u0131 t\u00fcm\u00f6rleri kafatas\u0131n\u0131n taban\u0131nda beynin alt\u0131nda yer al\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-yuzeysel\">Y\u00fczeysel<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Y\u00fczeysel t\u00fcm\u00f6rler beynin d\u0131\u015f y\u00fczeyine yak\u0131n veya i\u00e7inde yer al\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-derin\">Derin<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Derin t\u00fcm\u00f6rler beynin derin, ula\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 zor b\u00f6lgelerinde bulunur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-tip\">Tip<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Bir t\u00fcm\u00f6r\u00fcn tipi h\u00fccre k\u00f6kenine dayan\u0131r. \u00d6rne\u011fin astrositten k\u00f6ken alan t\u00fcm\u00f6re astrositom denir. D\u00fcnya Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc (WHO) s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131rmas\u0131, beyin t\u00fcm\u00f6rlerinin en g\u00fcncel ve kapsaml\u0131 patolojik s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131rmas\u0131d\u0131r. Yayg\u0131n beyin t\u00fcm\u00f6r\u00fc tipleri astrositom, oligodendrogliom, ependimom, glioblastoma multiforme, menenjiyom, kraniyofarenjiyom, schwannom vb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-malignite-derecesi\">Malignite derecesi<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>WHO s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131rmas\u0131na g\u00f6re, primer beyin t\u00fcm\u00f6rleri i\u00e7in d\u00f6rt malignite derecesi (I-IV) vard\u0131r. Derece I en iyi huylu, IV ise en k\u00f6t\u00fc huylu tiptir. Herhangi bir belirti g\u00f6stermeden \u00f6nce \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck boyutlara ula\u015fabilirler. K\u00f6t\u00fc huylu beyin t\u00fcm\u00f6rleri ise agresif bir \u015fekilde b\u00fcy\u00fcr ve \u00e7evre dokuda \u00f6deme neden olma e\u011filimindedir. Ancak k\u00f6t\u00fc huylu t\u00fcm\u00f6rler bile belirli bir boyuta ula\u015fmadan \u00f6nce semptomlara neden olmaz. Ba\u015f a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 beyin t\u00fcm\u00f6rlerinin en s\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fclen belirtisidir. Yukar\u0131da tart\u0131\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi, kafa i\u00e7i bas\u0131n\u00e7 art\u0131\u015f\u0131 veya duran\u0131n lokal invazyonuna ba\u011fl\u0131 olabilir.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beyin t\u00fcm\u00f6rlerinin belirtileri iki gruba ayr\u0131l\u0131r<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-genel-belirtiler\">Genel belirtiler<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00fcm t\u00fcm\u00f6r tipleri genel semptomlara neden olabilir.
