2. What we collect

3. Why we use it

4. Legal grounds

5. How we collect it

Directly from you, electronically: through the website's forms, email, phone and messaging apps, the online consultation itself and the payment page.

6. Who we share it with

Only as far as needed for the purposes above:

7. Transfers outside Türkiye

Some of our service providers store data outside Türkiye, and many of our patients live abroad. We transfer data abroad in line with article 9 of the KVKK, using appropriate safeguards such as the standard contracts published by Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Authority, or on the other grounds the law allows. Corresponding with you and sending you information while you are abroad is necessary to provide the service you asked for.

8. How long we keep it

After that, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

9. Cookies

The website uses cookies it needs to work. Optional cookies, such as those for visitor statistics, run only with your consent. You can change your choice in the cookie settings panel or delete cookies in your browser.

10. Security

Only people who need your data to provide the service can access it. Medical confidentiality covers everything you share about your health. Online consultations are not recorded unless both sides agree.

11. Your rights

Under article 11 of the KVKK you can:

Send your request, with information that lets us confirm your identity, to dr.kamran.aghayev@gmail.com or in writing to the address above. We reply free of charge within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Board.

12. Patients in the EU and UK

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the rights given by the GDPR: access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You can complain to the data protection authority in your country.

13. Changes

We update this policy when needed. The current version is always on this page. If the translations differ, the Turkish text prevails.
