This policy applies to online consultations paid for through kamranaghayev.com and forms part of the Service Agreement.
When do you pay?
Filling in the consultation request form is free. Our team reviews your request, and if an online consultation suits your case, we send you a personal payment link. We never take payment before that link is sent.
Delivery
The service is delivered online; nothing is shipped. After you pay, we agree the date and time with you and email you the call link and what to prepare.
Rescheduling
You can move your appointment free of charge by emailing us at least 24 hours before it starts.
Cancelling before the consultation
If you cancel before the consultation begins, you get a full refund. Just email dr.kamran.aghayev@gmail.com.
If you miss the consultation
If you don't join at the agreed time, we will try to reach you. If we can't, we offer you one new time. If you miss that one too without telling us in advance, the fee is not refunded.
If the doctor cancels or reschedules
We offer you a new time. If it doesn't work for you, you get a full refund.
If online isn't right for your case
If the doctor concludes, before the consultation or at its start, that your case can't be assessed properly online (for example, it is urgent or needs an in-person examination), the consultation doesn't go ahead and you get a full refund.
Technical problems
If a technical problem on our side stops the consultation from taking place or finishing, we offer you a new time, or a full refund if you prefer. If the problem is on your side, we offer one new time.
After the consultation
Because the consultation takes place at your request, completed consultations are not refundable (Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, art. 15/1-ğ). If something went wrong, please write to us; we look at every case individually.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, in the same currency and amount, through iyzico. We start the refund within 14 days of receiving your request. How long it takes to reach your account depends on your bank. Exchange-rate differences or fees charged by your bank are outside our control.
